While it has become rarity I surf in Imsouane due to my quick trips there, it is still one of my favourite places with some of my favourite people. I love jumping in the water for a surf session with my surf buddies. Two amazing local surfers in Imsouane. With over a decade of teaching and working with various surf camps in Imsoaune these classic longboarders offer longboard surf training and personalized coaching in North Africa’s longest wave, the Magic Bay of course. Other surf packages include surf trips to local surfers spots.

Some days life will surprise you.

After two of my best friends announced a last minute standby trip to Marrakech and inviting me to join them, we packed in as much as we could the 72 hours they were here. “72 hours in Marrakech” style of post to come to the blog. While most are pretty viral and known tourist spots (as well as long lines in which we skipped), the upcoming post and reels will showcase a few favourites and a few new spots I have since added to my list.

This trip was one of my favourite experiences in Marrakech meeting the staff as we explored local businesses while shopping and reliving the tourist experience with my close friends. A decade later and Marrakech has become one of my favourite places to visit for a weekend that sparks chaos, excitement and a lot of indulgence in a quick whirlwind weekend.
